Since the 4th of July is on a Friday this year, we are holding the annual meeting on the FOLLOWING Saturday, July 12, 2025.

A Special Meeting of the Members was held to present our Bylaws Committee's phased approach to updating/rewriting our seriously outdated (1940's) bylaws. The Bylaws Committee of Board & Association members has been doing some fantastic work since the annual meeting in July. The committee shared their phased approach and action plan to move forward with the bylaws rewrite.

• Proposed Phase 1 Bylaws were emailed on 9/2/24 
• Local members on MAIL LIST will receive a hard copy hand delivered (up to 2+ week delay)
• Out of town members on MAIL LIST will get hard copy via USPS (up to 2+ week delay)
