LSHPOA President, Chris Pelchat (Lot 82), called Special Meeting of the Members to present our Bylaws Committee's  phased approach to updating/rewriting our seriously outdated (1940's) bylaws. The Bylaws Committee of Board & Association members has been doing some fantastic work since the annual meeting. They presented their phased approach and action plan to move forward with the bylaws rewrite.
