Lake Shore Homes is an exclusive waterfront community nestled on the southwest shore of pristine Loon Lake in eastern Washington state. The Lake Shore Homes Association has been in existence since 1928 and was developed for the express purpose of protecting the LSH members, the lake and the land that we love for generations to come.

There are 88 parcels in Lake Shore Homes with lots numbered 1 - 91 (see plat map). Interestingly, there is no Lot 13! Some lots are 1/2 lots, and some are double or more. All parcels have official Lake Shore Homes Road addresses assigned and now the LSH Association has its own permanent LSH address too. 

Various wildlife share our forest such as deer, moose, raccoon, squirrel, chipmunk and numerous species of birds, including our very own long-time resident nesting Osprey in the LSH park. Coyote, cougar, wolves, bear, otter and bobcat also make a rare appearance in our neck of the woods. 

Goals  of the association:

• To promote sociability & friendship among its members
• Protection of our forest and the ecology of the lake
• Preservation of the natural beauty of the area
• Promotion of safety by encouraging proper boating, swimming and hiking habits
• Development and preservation of recreational opportunities for all residents

 Community Features 

• Protected Forest: LSH is protected by a 68-acre forest that safeguards the waterfront homes and will remain in a natural state, untouched by construction & development.
• Walking Trails: Connect with nature on the numerous walking trails that meander amongst the LSH woods, including the infamous "Mushroom Trail".
• Community Beach: Enjoy the sandy shores of the LSH community beach. There's a dock, swimming area, ski dock and fire pit to enjoy those summer nights.
• LSH Park: The community park is a great place to take the kids for a game of softball or even volleyball or badminton game with a net and all. 
• Private Boat Launch: The LSH Boat Launch is available to members in good standing.
