The LSH Bylaws and Amendments are outdated and we are in the process of  developing new governing documents. The goal is to have them completed before the associations 100th anniversary in 2028.

Seven (7)Board of Trustee positions are open for 1-year terms. Six (6) of the current board members are running for re-election and we have one new candidate, a new member of our community. We will also be voting on a badly needed $100 dues increase. Your support is needed. If you can't attend in-person, consider giving a Proxy form  to a trusted neighbor or board member to allow them to vote for you. 

Minutes from the 2025 Annual Meeting will be read and approved at the 2026 Annual Meeting and then posted here. Association members elected 1 new board member to replace a vacancy on the board. An amendment to the 1990 Articles of Incorporation was approved that calls for an expiration date on LSH corporation and new governing documents by the 100th anniversary of the association in 2028.

The required meeting notice and agenda are sent out before the annual meeting. The minutes will be read and motioned for approval and the next annual meeting (July 12, 2025). Association members elected 3 Board of Trustees to replace 3 expiring terms. Two Trustees were re-elected and a new Trustee joined the board.
